01Agreeing to these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Kurvo for using Orderly (the website, web app and demo). By creating an account, joining Orderly with your Kurvo account, or using the app, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
02Your Kurvo account
- One Kurvo account works across Orderly, MotIQ, SulitSee and CurrenSee. Each app keeps its own data and asks for your consent separately.
- Give accurate details and keep your password and devices secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account; tell us if you think someone else has used it.
- You must be 18 or older, or use Orderly with a parent or guardian.
03What Orderly does and doesn’t do
- Orderly records the dining information you enter or scan. It doesn’t connect to restaurant point-of-sale systems, banks, e-wallets or payment apps, and it doesn’t move money.
- Receipt scanning reads text on your device and can make mistakes. Review every scanned field before saving.
- Bill calculations, splits, IOU balances, budgets and insights are estimates based on what you entered. Rounding is shown, but you are responsible for what you pay or ask others to pay.
- Saved menu prices are your own history, not the restaurant’s current prices. Place listings come from OpenStreetMap community data and may be incomplete or out of date.
- The Dining Assistant answers from your saved records. It doesn’t give financial, medical or nutritional advice.
04Your content
You own the records and photos you add. You give Kurvo permission to store, process and display them only to provide Orderly to you (for example, syncing them to your devices). Don’t upload content you don’t have the right to use, and don’t include other people’s sensitive personal information beyond what a bill split needs (such as a first name).
05Acceptable use
- Don’t try to reach other people’s data, disrupt the service, get around limits or security, or scrape or overload the services Orderly relies on.
- Don’t use Orderly for anything unlawful, or to harass or mislead anyone.
Each account has generous storage limits so the service stays fast for everyone.
06Plans
Orderly is free. Paid plans may come later; we’ll explain prices and what they include before you can choose one, and nothing will be charged without your clear agreement.
07Leaving and ending
You can export your data at any time in Settings → Data & export, and leave Orderly or delete your Kurvo account in Settings → Danger zone. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or other people at risk, and will tell you why when we can.
08Availability and liability
We work to keep Orderly available and your data safe, but it is provided “as is”, and features may change. Keep your own backups of anything important. To the extent the law allows, Kurvo isn’t liable for indirect losses, or for decisions made using Orderly’s calculations. Nothing here limits rights you have under Philippine consumer law.
09Changes and contact
If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we’ll update the date above and ask you to accept the new version in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Questions? Email kurvo2026@gmail.com.
